A local-first framework where AI agents are declared in YAML, run in isolated Docker containers, and persist their memory as markdown in your repo. Agents discover tools, install packages, and pipe commands together — real autonomy, not wrapped APIs. If Terraform is infrastructure as code, Spwn is agents as code.
